Statements
Statements convert well, with three exceptions
Every row looks the same, which is exactly what the reconstruction needs. The trouble is in three columns.
The amount
The separator problem above, plus the currency symbol. A column holding “1 234,56 zł” is text until the symbol comes out.
The date
Written as 05.03.2026 it may be read as text or as the wrong month, depending on the sheet's locale. Compare one known date before trusting the column.
The description
Long transfer titles wrap across two lines in the original and can arrive as two rows. Count the rows against the statement before reconciling anything.
